We are happy to announce that Luminous Salon will be reopening tomorrow, May 15th! Yes TOMORROW!
We want to thank you so much for your patience and flexibility throughout this very hard and confusing time. We want to assure you that we are going above and beyond to make sure we have kept up to date with all the rules and regulations in place to keep us as your trusted stylist and you, our loyal clients, safe during this time. With that being said, there will be some changes in place to help provide the best and most sanitary services possible so we can continue to do our part to minimize the spread of the virus.
*During this time we ask that if you are feeling sick (cough, fever, shortness of breath) been diagnosed and/or have been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID19 prior to your appointment please call in and reschedule.
*You will also be called and/or texted by your stylist before your appointment to confirm you have no symptoms stated above.
*We are minimizing the amount of people in the salon, so we will only have one client per one stylist at a time. This means, only the person with the appointment will be allowed in the salon.
*Our front door will remain locked throughout the day to minimize the amount of people in the salon, so please remain in your car or at a safe distance outside until your appointment time. Your stylist will come out to get you for your appointment.
*All of our stylist will be wearing masks so we ask that you do the same. If you do not have one, one will be provided to you by your stylist.
*We are required during this time to keep well documented records of your visits needed to provide information for potential tracing investigations if at all necessary.
*Once you do enter the salon, we ask you to wash your hands for a minimal 20 seconds before your appointment begins.
*During this time we will not be providing any beverages. Along with that our waiting and lobby area will be closed.
*We will not keep magazines out during this time so bringing your own reading materials is recommended, but we would like to point out that bringing as few personal items as possible will stop from spreading any possible germs.
*We will be adding a $3 fee to every service while all these new rules are in place. Reasons being that while salons have been closed, your stylist has worked very hard supplying themselves with extra protective items to ensure not only your safety, but theirs as well.
-You will be receiving a new, unused cape before every service, which will not be used on anyone else until it can be washed
-Your stylist will be required to wear a new apron with every single appointment
-Your stylist will be required to wear masks, but also provide one to you as necessary
*We would also like to point out that with following the 6ft social distancing rule, although will not apply to you and your stylist, the stations themselves are 6ft apart

You can call or schedule your appointments online at anytime as our books are now open.
We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy, although we understand with rules in place and extra steps to be cautious there may be a need to cancel your appointment last minute. We just ask at this time if it is at all possible, with respect to your stylist, to give 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment.
Everyone at Luminous Salon understands this will make for a very different type of salon experience then we are all used to, but we will do our absolute best to make sure that the time spent with us is still relaxing and enjoyable.
